We believe in delivering convenience to your doorstep. At Kasbah Souq, shipping is completely free — the cost is already included in the price of the product.

 

Delivery Areas and Times

We ship across the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders in the UAE are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, while deliveries in Saudi Arabia may take 3–6 business days, depending on the location.

 

Reliable Couriers

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your product is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments are made on delivery. There’s no need to enter any card or bank details — just sit back and pay when your package arrives.

 

No Additional Fees

We do not charge extra for delivery, packaging, or handling. Also, we currently do not collect VAT.

 

Failed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery attempt, our courier partner will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.
